Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the eck44 platform. Use of this site by minors is strictly prohibited. You may be required to verify your age and identity when opening an account.

• Only one account may be opened — multiple accounts under the same person's name are prohibited.
• You must operate your account in your own name, using your own payment methods.
• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of another person is prohibited.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to eck44 immediately. eck44 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

If evidence is found that an account is being used for fraudulent purposes, eck44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

eck44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other supporting documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be on hold until the verification process is complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at eck44 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods:

• bKash — one of Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking services.
• Nagad — the digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — the mobile banking solution from Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Every deposit must come from a payment method that belongs to the account holder. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be made:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The applicable wagering requirement for any bonus must be met (see Section 4 for details).
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if there is an ongoing investigation.

eck44 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal when necessary, particularly if fraud is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, with a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 — giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳40,000 (2,000 × 20) before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Hedging bets (placing bets on multiple outcomes to reduce risk) will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• If the bonus conditions are not met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

General Bonus Policy

eck44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. Each promotion applies to one account, one household, one device, and one IP address. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus for that account may be cancelled and the account suspended.

Fair Play Policy

All games on eck44 are conducted fairly and transparently. Verifiable encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG), tested by a third party, are used to determine game outcomes.

• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in game software or systems is prohibited.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games is prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error will be considered void.

Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes are determined based on the official results of the relevant sporting body.

• If a match is abandoned or the result is undecided, eck44's decision will be considered final.
• Placing bets based on insider information is prohibited.
• Any involvement in match-fixing or other illegal activity will result in permanent account closure.

Tiers & Benefits

The eck44 VIP program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Regular activity gives you the opportunity to advance to a higher tier. eck44 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

Cashback Policy

Cashback is generally paid once a week at a set time. The cashback amount is calculated based on the net loss for the relevant week. Specific wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.

Service Availability

eck44 works to ensure uninterrupted service with the highest level of effort. However, eck44 will not be liable for any temporary disruption caused by maintenance, technical issues, or unavoidable circumstances. The service may be limited in certain regions or due to network issues.

Liability for Gaming Losses

Full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from betting and playing games on eck44 rests with the user. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be relied upon as a source of income. Always bet within your means.

Third-Party Services

Reasons for Account Closure by eck44

eck44 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Closing Your Own Account
